Our Values

Counselling isn’t just a profession,

it’s a driving force from which you know yourself.

We manage all of our conversations in a very professional but relaxed way.
We don’t set a deadline for how long clients need to stay with us.
We believe all clients have the ability to make their own decisions.

We welcome all kinds of different people to share their stories.

Our Aims & Objectives

The protection and preservation of spiritual, emotional and psychological health by providing counselling and supportive help to people in need thereof.

To give support and information to people who ask for help.
To empower people to take control of their own lives and to make choices about their own direction.
To recruit and maintain appropriately trained counsellors. Offering ongoing support and liaison with other training and supervision agencies.

Our Counsellors

Our counsellors are fully qualified to diploma level or above or in advanced training at one of Nottingham’s premier training providers including the University of Nottingham and The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. Qualified and experienced counsellors supervise, support and train counsellors on placement.
