Access to counselling

Counselling Extra is an accessible low-cost conselling service for men, women, couples, family groups and young people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Other therapies avaiable are:

• Person Centred Art Therapy
• Creative Therapy
• Positive Parenting Program

Initial consultation would decide the fee payable. These range from £7.50 to £25.00 dependent on income (proof of income will be required at assessment).
